My eyes got similar injury like u a long long time before when i was still a YOUNG lady!

.I go to see doctor at that time, and the doctor said a very serious term, he use the term "眼角膜爆裂", i was so scared when i heard the term. But then he told me that i would recovered within 24 hours!! :lol: I'm just thinking he should not state the term so scareful!! Anyway, glad to know that u can see again! I always think that don't look down on children since sometimes their 殺傷力 is unexpectable. Hoi Lam always bite me suddenly! The only thing i could do is to tell her don't do that next time!!

Thanks god that Tasha is feeling better now, so has she resume schooling yet. I suggest that u should consult doctor whether Tasha need to take some supplement to make her stronger and healthier.

Glad to know that u find a new maid to lessen your workload! Take care. I've fired my PT recently cause i'm not satisfied w her job. She's a bit 求其,

which she's much much better in the beginning. It really hard to find a satisfied helper sometimes.

domestic helper is always 又愛又恨, my existing maid is making me "嘔血" all the time. She can't really understand me and did wrong things. I'm not as free as before now, so I'm really happy my ex-maid can work for me again

Tasha has resume last this week. I told the school that they must tell me straight away if they hear her cough.
Hmm... that might be a good idea to ask the doc about some supplements the next time we visit. Thanks for advising.

How are you all? I'm OK. But I think this time is not as easy as last time when having Anson. Maybe 年紀大機器壞 :-( 和胃口差影響心情

. Luckily, these few days my hubby is on leave, I can take more rest.

And last thur and fri, we went to Disneyland and stayed one night in the hotel. It's because Anson always said that Disneyland was fun (as what he heard from the ad on TV), and always asked us to take him there. I just thought that before my tummy gets bigger and bigger and the weather is not so cold, it would be the right time to go. It should be fun for the trip, but the whole trip, I just felt 'tired'

. Anson was excited to meet those lovely characters there, but it's a bit hot and quite crowded.

I've only applied for SKH, Ling Liang Church, St. Margaret Mary since they're nearer to my home. But frankly, I'm just applying for an experience since Tasha never perform well in public and you all know she talks less and not in Cantonese either.

As for SKH, didn't go to the interview last Saturday since she's ill. Went this morning instead but was interviewed by the Principal. I was shocked cos I was expecting group interviews with many toys to play with. But she did perform 40% of herself and we both think it's very good already. I doublt it that they would accept her since she's a small girl.

How did Anson do that day? Hope the interview for Sacred Heart would go smoothly too.

In fact, most of our time was spent in lining up for photo shotting with those characters, almost 30-45mins each, really time-consuming, but we couldn't resist that as Anson was so happy when he could hug them and take photos with them!

But remember to bring or rent the stroller, either you or the baby will be tired without the stroller! Hope when you take your gals there, it's not that clowded and you all could enjoy the time there.

re: interview

Well, I think I'm really a lazy mom. I just applied SKH and planned to apply Sacred Heart for Anson. Maybe I just want to find some kinders which is nearby and think that if they don't accept my son, I will let Anson stay in the existing nursery la.

For SHK interview, I heard that there are more than 900 applications this year.......really keen competition. I don't have much confidence. On that day, we were in a group of 3 kids and parents. The teacher asked us to play the toys with our kids and let them talk as much as they can. Anson chose to play the kitchen stuff and drawing on the papers. He had answered some questions from the teachers, like what did he eat for the breakfast and for the dinner, what is his name, how old is he, etc. But he was quite concentrated on his drawing, he spoke less than usual. This is his first interview, hope he performs better in SH la.

Hope you gals can perform well at all interveiws as well!

I think Anson already performed very well compare with Ralph. Ralph also got an interview in Two weeks ago. There was a foreigner teacher interview ed me and Ralph. there were a lot of toys on the table and the teacher asked Ralph to play it. But he refused to play and went away.The worst thing was he took all the toys on floor.

The teacher was so supurise how come the kids will do like that!!!!! Also he told me i'm too soft to my son. Poor me that the teacher seems interviewed to me more than Ralph.
Will u condsier St.Joesph, coz my friend told me this is also a good school for boy. Also they have primary and secondary school.

Did u hear about the Manuka honey UMF 15, I saw a lot of BK mamas recommend this honey to Baby especailly good for coughing. I just bought a bottle yeasterday. Maybe tell u later wherther it iworks or not. But i think for this dry weather also good for baby and adult.

Hi All,

Ling Liang Church's interview was toasted.
Tasha didn't have enough sleep that day, the interview was supposed to be at 2.30pm, but I think it held at around 3pm at the end. The teacher keep talking to Tasha which made her very uncomfortable and refused to do anything. After seeing the principle, she only said bye bye and see you to her but didn't do anything during the singing session. At the end, the principle said she is very small, but seems very happy.

Anyway, it's a good experience.

Where did Ralph went for interview?
BTY, thanks for the website. I was just about to homemade a shoe toy for her to learn tiding shoelace.

As for the Manuka UMF honey, Carl and I had been drinking the UMF 10+ for quite a while already. It's pretty good, the nose allegy is much improved. Hasn't try the 15+ though.
Can baby takes honey now? I thought it's better to be over two or something.

Tasha is enjoying school life very much, she learned a lot from school, esp. Cantonese. Though she hasn't been to school since end of Oct due to the URI infection which turned to middle ear infection last week. Just want to see the doc today and thank god the ear infection is clear, only a little bit of allegy cough. Will take three to four days of Singulair to clear the cough, hopefully she'll be good in couple days.

Ling Liang Church is your targrt school? But i think the teacher should understand for the age under 2 years old, u can force them to perform well!!

Ralph took the interview in KCS. But even Ralph performed very bad on that day, he still gets the offer form school

If Tasha she doesn't feel allergic to honey she can try. Baby can drink honey over 1 year old. I just bought umf15 honey for Raplh last week, don't know it works or not. Will see and tell u later.

Hi all

Well, I'm getting better after the 13 weeks, esp. my stomachache gone

and my appetite restored. But I sleep more now, esp. in the afternoon, can sleep 3 hrs with Anson. Still busy, now I would prefer cooking by myself, rather than ordering delivery as I didn't cook much in the last 2 mths due to my stomach ache and very tired, sick of eating outside food!

re: interview

I agree with anton that the interviewer would not expect too much from small girls. I think they have different criteria in selecting students. Don't worry! I think Tasha and Andrea are very smart girls as compared with some other small gals.

Is Ralph interviewed for n1? I think Ralph is not old enough for K1 next year right? If n1, I think it would be much more easier than K1, but it would be a very good practice for the future interviews.

For St. Joseph, yes, it's a famous school, but they start taking students from K2. And the school claimed that graduates are not 100% guaranteed to be promoted to primary. So, don't know if let Anson try for this K2 next yr.

re: honey

I'd finished a big bottle the Manuka honey few mths ago. But I didn't feel anything different, though it said that it can improve health. I can't take it now due to my pregnancy. But anyway, if you like honey, it should be a good quality one as it is imported from NZ where have less pollution.

As for Honey, I always buy NZ's brand - "Comvita". It works for our hayfever and dust allergy. Sometimes, I think Carl is also infected less as he's also very fond of URI.

For interview, I would rather prefer SKC admit her. As for LLC, it was only for fun and I don't like the school very much either.

Poor Tasha caught a cold last night. I hope it's a cold cos her temperature is about 37.3 this morn. Please don't be another virus attack. You know, she's already very weak now, she's only been out of medicine for a week since Oct.
BTY, Carl and I has decided to stop her from school from new on till end of Jan as the doc recommended due to the Flu peak season and her frequent infections and re-occurrant febrile convulsion. If this is another URI attack, I'm going to stop all the playgroups as well.

Thanks for your recommendation. The demo of Delphin was really impressive but the price is really expensive $18xxx. Today, I went to Sogo to see the demo of OSIM, I think that one is good too, have similar functions of Delphin. Since there is some promotions in Sogo today, I bought the OSIM one at 10% discount (net $61xx) with free gift (a foot stool which can store the whole set of OSIM). I hope with this one my son's and my hay fever/allergy can be better.

I also refer you to see the Delphin Demo, if you're interested in hydro vacuum cleaner, you may have a look; otherwise, just reject them. They came over to my place for about 1hr demo, I know more about hydro vacuum cleaner from them, though it's a bit pity that I didn't buy from them!

Hi all,

Don't worry! Tasha, Andrea, Ralph and Anson are all smart kids, therefore they should be accepted by your preference school.

For Hoi Lam, since not much nursery choices, so i choose a new school, which is called "Creativity". Since the school is very new in our district, so the teacher to children ratio is really low. And i talked w the principal before and she's an ambitous and experienced old lady. And i think Hoi Lam will only spend 1 year in this school and i'll apply another school (Kau Yan) which is a much much bigger school and just one street walking distance from our home.

It's a good idea to have a gathering since i miss all the kids so much.

Doctor said I was under strong pressure & insufficient sleep wor

Andrea was having high fever to 104 for 3 days and finally was rash, yet still, I didn't have enough sleep over 1 week.

I really hope that my ex-maid can come earlier to help me. However, I try not to put too much hope on her 'coz it'll be her 2nd contract. People said the maid won't be as good as the 1st contract....

Oh! Sorry to hear that you 生蛇. Take care and take more rest ah. I had 生蛇 before when I was only 4 or 5 yrs old. At that time, the medical was not as good as now and very serious that time, my grand-grand-mom (an unofficial chinese medical doctor)use fire and chinese herbs to cure it, amazing!!!

My new maid will arrive on the 1st Dec. Hope she is good la!

The Delphin demo, they did a bit carpet, wall and cushions, clean ~5 mins on my mattress and ~10 mins air-cleaning in my bedroom. It's OK, as I don't have the idea of hydro vacuum cleaner before, they explain it to me. But I think their vacuum cleaner is much powerful than Osim. However in terms of money, I think OSIM is fair enough for normal household use.

Glad that Tasha will be in SKH. I'd also paid the fee on thursday. Don't know if there is chance to shift to a.m. class.

Wow, you'd make up your mind for HoiLam's nursery and kindergarten la, so quick. But I think they are both good schools, clean, spacious and good reputation for Kau Yan.......esp. near your place. I think HoiLam would enjoy her school life.
