我今日右邊肋骨突然呼吸&郁時有d 痛,唔知係咪琴日上yoga時呼吸錯咗或閉咗氣去做都唔知

我聽日仲book咗hot,唔知好唔好上?

係因為我老公下個星期back hk, 而我又下星期又要返學, 怕冇咁多時間嘛

我今日打去問inverse yoga係咩, 話係倒轉做架, 所以唔適合beginner玩

我而家由前右肋骨, 痛到後面 :-| 我諗我聽日都係唔玩架la, 後日先再玩過

It was opened because I was pregnant in Feb/Mar (accident again! heib... also was an accident, 1st pregnant, I didn't know, still went for diving!! he..). But finally miscarriaged!! Dark period in a whole month of March, cried & cried.. so.. I always said no one has a perfect life, even to me.. but I can stand up very quickly & look forward my future happiness life!!! that's why I joined Planet in Apr cos need some energy & peaceful, now I really enjoy my life la...!!!

HAHA...... 我個電話淨係公司ring 先會聽到架, 放左工個電話長期放手袋聽唔到sms架, 我係岩岩先見到個sms....

唔知係咪2年前既pure hot class "過熱", or "通風系統"有問題, 尋晚我覺得完全"無"熱力壓住成個身, "透唔到氣"的感覺, 太耐無上堂, 我用左5成力, 上完想再上多一堂呀, miss 好似急口令, 曾加左我既緊張.....

如果你好鐘意呢個miss, 咁你一定要黎試 professor, master, samrat, kapil, cathy 你會"愛"上佢地的....

sorry, the miss is tall but fat, big belly and bye bye arms are horrible, she taught by heart and the problem is "hot yoga" can only message your organs and improve the blood circulation, can't give you a good stretch and strength....

all teacher except professor and cathy began to be tough after outdoor yoga.......
