可以用the back of m巾索水, 唔用開一條新. So, it's better to buy the one with no adhesive tape (無黏貼)at the back then, you can use the back to 索水. 用抺手紙索 have to make sure that the toilet paper is not too hard or too soft. Otherwise, it would hurt the bottom, especially if the wound is big. My sister brought me Kotex m巾 last time and it was very good, wide and soft. So, this time, I asked her to mail me 6 packs. We don't really have maternity napkins here, usually people buy the maxi size and use it as maternity m巾. Or, I have to order from the manufacturer and each order is 24 packs x 10 pieces (cannot use up anyway). Last time, I got the 沖洗樽 from hospital and still keep it. It's really useful and convenient, better than using a shower head but not sure if it is expensive in HK or not.
