His company's arrangment are similiar as yours.
要返到聽朝,
如果仲未落,
就要返next shift (8 hours),
if still not 落波, then another shift ....
until 落波
However, he can get extra 3k for each shift (every 8 hours)
I remember that 3 or 4 years before. He work for 3x hours and get extra of 1x,xxx !!
