Want to ask you a question, why you need to buy a new silicon nipple every time. The silicon nipple can use for 6 months unless it is damaged.

Cindy,
If you are using pigeon, you should make the hole from inside to outside, if you put the instrument inside the silicone nipple and it will be just fit and then you will find it easily to make the hole larger. If you do it from outside to inside , then it always 吉"mei"左
