I hope all babies could join the birthday party this coming Sunday, but in case any of you decides not to join due to reasons like you need to work, you are sick (touch wood), and baby is sick (touch wood), and if you want to release the seats to other waitlist mums, please let me know ASAP, such that we could find the waitlist mums and follow-up.

Procedures will be like this:
=======================
1. Enrolled family decides not to join and inform nn ASAP
2. nn tries to contact the waitlist families and see who could attend the party
3. If I can find a waitlist family to replace the enrolled family, the waitlist family will need to pay the party fee ($160/adult) LESS the money for making souveniors that we have made for the enrolled family like Name Label ($13), BB ID Card (~$6.4), BB Badge ($3), BB Group Photo poster ($4), i.e. -$26.4 per family.
4. Then, I will refund the party fee LESS $26.4 to the enrolled family together with the 4 souveniors.
5. Lucky draw presents, game prizes and party DVD will belong to the waitlist family.

Is it clear? Any comment?
