practising more hot yoga sure can give u have better skin & qualified sleeping. it's no doubt.
but u all have mistanding. lmy former physici told me less sleeping doesn't mean u can lose weight easily coz better sleeping means better circulation. qualified sleeping is important. less sleep, not enough oxygen in ur body, ur system will slow down ur body to reduce wasting energy. thus, u can't ease ur energy & fat.
u can have better circulation during hot yoga thus it's easy to burn fat. but i found that the most important good thing is, it's a prefect way to firm your muscle. my colleagues & I found this bonus only after 1 mth after practising hot yoga 3 times a week. Thighs & butts firm lots than b4!
