"lock knees" means lift up your knees but not put any pressure on them, together with tighten your muscles at all the time
re: shake legs
means not strong enough, try to put energy on your foot and stomach, not your knees
re : revolve triangle
1) use core energy to length your whole body
2) put energy on your foot
3) one step to the front on your back legs if your hipjoint is not flexible, not able to be square, this is a common point which people can't balance
4) exhale fully, length your spine and turn your waist
5) not try to touch the floor if your whole body is too stiff, lots of people are hanging their hands as well
6) not try too hard to look at your middle finger if your upper back/shoulder is not yet open, otherwise will hurt your neck
i recommend you to do some simple breathing exercise, 5 minutes is good enough, before lesson start, the function is to soften your connective tissues and muscles of your whole body, better than stretching exercise
