I am very familiar with the workouts that you are recommending but remember that they are designed for 老外, their body shapes are totally different with Chinese/Asian. You might 有機會越跳,越大件. (I had bad experience myself)
I am not 鄭多燕 fans, but I buy her theory of:
1. don't judge by your weight, judge by the changes of shape of your body
2. Her first book has a whole chapter to explain "heart rate" and "strength training".

- Charlene Extreme (weight training - 越跳,越大件)
- Charlene Johnson Turbo Fire (more advance, HITT, you will sweat like crazy in 2-3 mins, if you are keen on heart rate, you should try but also, 越跳,越大件)
because I exercise a lot, I won't sweat in 鄭多燕 but I've noticed my body shape looks much better than before, this is what I'm looking for.
