請問各位有冇好介紹邊隻牌子(攪拌機-碎肉)好用同實用ar? 其實我個攪拌機唔係買左好耐, 都唔知個工人點用(咁容易整爛)?

總有囡囡好似開始知道我要返工咁, 一早起身就要抱抱(工人抱都唔得), 見唔到我就喊, 真係幣la…..我諗遲多幾個星期真係要用後門走人….

Hi! I'm Isaac's dad. I noticed you've recently been talking about yogurts. Well here's some info I thought might be useful to all those interested. I'm afraid my Chinese is not so good so I can only present this information in English.

Yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein, phosphorous, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin b12 and pantothenic acid. It is said to have many health benefits, from preventing cancer and high blood pressure to curing vaginal yeast infections. Yogurt has also been shown to enhance the body's immune system by increasing the production of gamma interferons, which play a key role in fighting certain allergies and viral infections.

Yogurt which contains live bacteria cultures, multiply at body temperature and produces B vitamins in the intestines and attack harmful bacteria in the colon. Yogurt soothes stomach ailments and its cultures help digest casein, a milk protein. In general yogurts helps to prevent gastrointestinal infections. Babies who eat yogurt have less diarrhea. Yogurt is easily digested and well tolerated by babies and its protein is better assimilated.

Yogurts are also a good companion to antibiotics. As antibiotics kill many good bacterias and intestinal flora that yogurts can help replace keeping your baby healthy.

However, you should only buy yogurt with bacteria that is 'Alive'. If you look at the packaging you'll see words like 'live and active cultures'. Many commercial yogurts are pasteurized after culturing to increase shelf life. Unfortuantely, this heat treatment kills the beneficial bacteria...so in effect this means the yogurt will have no health benefits to your baby. Fresh yogurt has stronger bacteria so as time passes you'll have less bacteria. Also be careful of many commercial yogurts as they contain lots of additives and sugar.

Yogurt is a good first food for babies who are at least 6 months old. Its taste is similar to milk so babies should like it. Whole milk yogurt, instead of low fat yogurt is recommended because your baby needs fats. Baby yogurt should be of the plain variety. Don't buy those with sugary fruit added or worse yet, ones that contain artificial sweetners like nutrasweet and saccharin.

我個仔就係 "青筋板鼻樑" , 我唔太覺得佢扭計, 因為佢都好少喊. 但真係郁來郁去冇時停囉.

我係響最近自己屋企的百佳, 牌子唔記得左. 但係係一PACK有4小樽的. 但百佳係要super store 先有. 好似仲有兩隻牌子.

我個friend都有自己整yogart 俾囝囝食的. 係好容易的. 不過我較懶, 才沒有整.

Thanks for your information.

For the muscial classes, it's a bit expensive ($1580/8/0.75 ~$263/hr.

) Moreover, the main point (for myself only) is I think it's too early for the baby to learn music lor~ For the private classes, it's ok. (as for my clubhouse ~$100/hr, so $500+$50+$100 /6 =~109/hr. but of course, it must have a constant time and venue la~)

嘉嘉,
I am also worry about you. Please think positive, and look at 羲羲, he is so lovely. All because of your good work! Many mothers experienced their babies 出濕疹, and it is not your fault. Babies' skin is so sensitive ma! 羲羲識得自己捉住床欄想企係身 already very good la. My Justin dosen't even have the intention to do so. Don't cry anymore, as it will make your 感冒 even wrost. Remember, 開心 and 唔開心都要生活, so why don't you 開開心心o甘生活呢?! Maybe, when you want to cry, sing to yourself and your baby. It will help alot!

Whenever Justin is being naughty (esp. in the car), I will sing to him and he will calm down immediatly.

Justin knows how to 用飲管啜 when he was 4 months old. Coz my hubby give him some ice tea to try ?-( and thought he could not 啜. But..... Anyway, I bought some soft baby 飲管 from Jusco yesterday, and will train him to 啜啜 the juice and water.

Just been to Oliver's, they have Danone, Yoplait & Nova brands for baby. Danone is the most expensive - $44.00 & $50.00 per pack.

Which one do you give to your baby, because I've never given yogurt to my baby ah ?
