Yogurt Ices
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon gelatine
1/4 - 1/2 cup (60-125ml) EasiYo Fruit Squirt topping
2 cups (500g) EasiYo Yoghurt
Place the water in a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatine over. Allow to stand for a few minutes while the gelatine swells. Gently heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatine is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
In a bowl combine the flavouring and the yoghurt. Gently stir in the gelatine. Pour into the ice block containers and freeze until required.
士多啤梨乳酪冰條食譜 (自改版本)
材料 (半份):
- 250g(低脂)原味乳酪
- 100g 自製士多啤梨果醬(食譜)
- 1 tbsp(15g)水 + 1/2 tsp魚膠粉
做法:
1. 把水放到小(不鏽鋼)杯中, 把魚膠粉均勻灑在水面上. 攪勻後, 把小杯坐到熱水裡以溶化魚膠粉. 魚膠粉完全溶化後小杯取離熱水, 放至室溫.
2. 攪勻乳酪及果醬 (如用有甜味的乳酪, 不用加果醬). 將魚膠粉溶液加到乳酪中, 攪勻.
