Need someone to provide kids DVD/VCD/CD to be used at the party. Also, this helper will need to coordinate with the Hotel Staff when to change to which song.

We need songs about:
- Happy Birthday
- Playing Football (siupak01 will provide Victory)
- Matching Shapes
- Catching Bubbles
- Lucky Draw
- <any other kids songs like Twin's Karaoke>

12:00pm sharp (not confirmed with hotel yet for start-time) – Helpers arrive
12:00-12:30pm - set-up, blow-bubbles, pack gifts, set-up table, set-up reception table
12:30-1:00pm – All people arrive, settle-down, get gift, name-tag, can take picture with ET Dolls, back-drop, cake (1 family each)
1:00-1:45pm – Table photo with birthday cake, Group photos (for all mums, all dads, all), Birthday songs, Cake cutting
1:45-1:55pm – Announcement, Program Rundown, Game Intro
1:55-2:30pm – BB World Cup
2:30-3:00pm – Matching Colors/Shapes
3:00-3:30pm – Touchable Bubbles
3:30-3:45pm – Lucky Draw
3:45-4pm – Leaving, packing

[size=x-large]~~ Game Description ~~

BB World Cup (30 min)
=================
Players: All babies, 4 babies at each time
Probs: 1 whistle for judge, 4 footballs
Prizes: 42 toys
Game:
- 1. ask 4 babies come out and kick balls for 3 times into the goal. Parent as the Goals
- 2. after kicking in, get a toy

Matching Color/Shapes (30 min)
===================
Players: All Babies
Probs: Blowing Ship with 50 balls, Red Square, Yellow Circle, Green Rectangle, Blue Triangle Cards, 4xA4 paper boxes
Prize: 42 books
Game:
1. Blow the ship and fill with balls and all colored cards
2. Place the paper boxes in front of the stage
3. Ask the babies to find the 4 different cards from the ship and put them into the right paper box
4. If done, get a book as a prize (need to mark down #)
Time: 20 min for game, 5 min for prize

Touchable Bubbles (30 min)
===================
Players: All babies
Probs: 4 bottles of touchable bubbles
Prize: 44 small balloons with stick
Game:
1. Ask all babies to gather at center, MC to explain bubbles are made of plastic, need to clean hands afterwards
2. Blow bubbles and ask babies to catch them
3. Anyone who could keep 3 bubbles on hands/arms, can get the prize
Time: 15 min for bubbles, 15 min for cleaning up

Have you prepared the name label stickers for each person? Yeap, please arrive at 12pm as we need to distribute the name label stickers for people to stick onto their shirts as an identity.

All Helpers,
Please arrive at 11:30am, we need to start set-up room, tables, games, balloons, packing, etc. from 11:30-12:30pm. Time is tight, please be on time, thanks!! Esp. for packing helpers, please be on-time, as we have many boxes to unpack and many gifts to pack!! Please bring 1 pair of scissors with you, for unpacking the boxes and cutting tape. Thanks.
