is the urine very yellow? strong smell? small amount and frequent and short unrination? 殊殊果度swollen and red? fever? just pain when peepee? thirsty? yellow tongue blade? red tongue tip? you have to check these up. also, do sth quickly. it can be very painful and turn to fever very soon, to kids.
only soup may not help much. easily for girls to have UTI (urinary tract infect) as the urethra is much shorter for females than males. esp for little girls, if hygiene not good (eg wipe for the poopoo and vv in opposite directions).
IF confirm for UTI:
mild one: drink a lot a lot a lot of water, "flush" the bacteria from bladder and urethra out. may try adding 通草、燈蕊草、薏米(生+熟)、淡竹葉 to boil as tea/water to drink.
moderate to severe one: western med: antibiotics.
chin med: similar principles as antibiotics. to 清熱解毒、利尿通淋。most of the herbs having these functions are quite bitter and spicy. e.g 八正散.i suggest you to take powder form chin med. as diagnosis is not confirmed yet, so pls excuse me, cannot prescribe the exact formula to you.
hurry go to see a doctor (western/chin med lah, doesn't matter) if urination pain not resolved by drinking water within 1 day !!
多謝關心!Tung Tung is better now. The doctor confirmed that she is not UTI. The doctor guessed that the urine might be too concentrated and thus made her feel uncomfort after urination. I have boiled the 薏米水 to Tung Tung.

That's good that Tung Tung is not getting very serious. Yes, for these dry weather, better drink more water or sweet soup.
Our picnic was great because the weather was pretty nice, not too hot. We picked a sheltered grass area for picnicking. The kids were especially enjoyed, they were having fun play together and ride tricycles together. Wing Fung does not want to sleep when playing until 2:30. Then he was sleeping very sweet when we were on the way going home, slept until 5:30.
小麥子slept from 1:20 to 2:30pm on the grassland + 2:30 to 3:10pm on the train. after that he waked up and played until 10pm. then 10pm to 10:45am (next day). almost 11 hours!
how good the kid's life is !

She also will attend St. Cat. interview in the coming Sat. morning. I just want to train up her.
Unlikely, the interview for Pui Ching and True light are the same day on 2/12 morning. I'm also afraid that Lam Lam will cry during the interview in Pui Ching. Maybe, I can only attend one of the interview only. It is very difficult to choose as both of them are really good kindergarten:-( :-(
