but u all have mistanding. lmy former physici told me less sleeping doesn't mean u can lose weight easily coz better sleeping means better circulation. qualified sleeping is important. less sleep, not enough oxygen in ur body, ur system will slow down ur body to reduce wasting energy. thus, u can't ease ur energy & fat.
u can have better circulation during hot yoga thus it's easy to burn fat. but i found that the most important good thing is, it's a prefect way to firm your muscle. my colleagues & I found this bonus only after 1 mth after practising hot yoga 3 times a week. Thighs & butts firm lots than b4!

effect from "america yoga" is more obvious than other exercise (e.g. gym), however, effect from india anicent yoga is much much much more obvious than america yoga
i built 3頭肌 (bye bye arm area) after 4 lessons within two weeks, quick and effective... :lol: :lol:
