My maid is only responsible to look after the bb and do cleaning work. As at now, I think the arrangement quite work. But of course the most important thing is your maid is good at taking care of bb and likes bb. In your case, I think you should serious consider whether you should fire the maids and find replacement, who are not friends and like babies. A good and helpful agent is also very important. Have you reported the case to the agent? According to my agent, if they know the maid is no good, they will not help her to find another employer again when the current contract expire.
