我就係想搵d 薄d 既, 搽左都冇人睇得出果d. 我都唔期望會遮得晒個黑眼圈. 因為人人都睇慣我有黑眼圈, 突然冇左會好怪. 所以遮到少少冇咁黑就ok.

not easy to find a perfect concealer

not easy to find a good concealer ar. any gd suggestion?
most of them are too dry for me coz my skin is dry & sensitive. now using benefit & Laura Mercia. bthe olour of benefit is good but a bit dry. Laura is not dry but time consuming to apply underneath eyes. ex-beaute is not tat good as heard from legend. so disappointed. Tony & Tina is very good but no more now la~!:-(

so u only need to use Ooh La lift from benefit, no need to use concealer. true wor. try la!

佢乾唔乾架? 最緊要係搽左出黎個效果要"叻嘈"囉

benefit 係咪仲有一隻係兩用... 又可以做粉底又可以唔知做咩鬼架 ...

我今年八月又可能去美國呀... 係就到時買啦.

i know u would say i attended too many ashtanga classes but i found that i am getting worst in it since i lost regular practice in it so i wanna put it up first.
i think i should attend more hatha as it's orginial & basic in all yoga type. what do u think?

睇身體情況啦, 保持住一星期4堂, 無體力就上溫和既堂, 我同意應該多上 hatha & ashtanga, pranayama, 到左氣, 力和柔軟都準備好, 真係間唔中做到"flying, jump back"落地無聲先上多vinyasa

i keep at least 1 pilates lesson per week coz i think it's a effective & efficient way to strenghten up core muscle. let see the result after 1 mth.

係屋企要等兩隻仔女訓左先有機會做自己野:沖涼,做mask,寫menu,真係冇乜時間做yoga.我會盡量squeeze d 時間.
