You've finally decided to move to the HK side? It must be a good thing to be nearer your mum. Will you be selling your old flat? The second-hand property market isn't active at all in the Kowloon West region coz' of the new flats' price cut. For our old flat, we only had a few unreasonaly low offers, so we prefer to wait and see.

Maybe we'll meet at the Xmas gathering.
