May I know how much is the taxi fare from STAR to Lok Kawi Wildlife Zoo? and the taxi fare from STAR to downtown, is it walkable distance from STAR to downtown?

Also where can I buy cheapest waterproof camera and snorkelling set ?

taxi fare from STAR to Lok Kawi Wildlife Zoo: RM80 round trip.
from STAR to downtown : RM15(15min)

you can buy snorkelling set in toysrus $5x. only for kid.

不是within walkable distance, 要搭車. STAR 較接近機場.

I booked through Travel Expert at price $3360 (Adult) & $1720 (Child), Tax for adult $509 & child $389.

Yes, only available at Nexus/Rasa Ria. But I remember someone said that there is local tour for horse riding available (I can't remember whether it's Magellen or STAR), maybe you can ask the local tour desk in the hotel when you arrive.

King size bed in Magellan is just big enough for 2 adults & 1 kid (10 yrs old - my kid is skinny). I'm afraid that will be a bit uncomfortable for 2 adults & 2 kids.

You may request extra bed but I'm afraid they will charge you. Last year, my agent told me better not to ask the hotel for extra bed when checking-in as the hotel might charge me a kid's package for that.

I will be there again this summer and have requested a king size bed too. Hope you will enjoy your holiday in KK as it is really a very relaxing place for holiday. Your kids must be crazy on feeding the fishes there.
