I read an article about剪會陰, it stated that it can avoid any serious tear, so don’t worry. I didn’t 剪會陰 when I gave birth in UK, but I do feel like tearing when Portman was coming.
About breastfeeding, you can just use bottle to store the milk. You don’t have to store much milk, so 4-5 bottles are enough. I used to plumb milk 7 times a day, I seldom to put them in the fridge.
I tried many different brands in UK, I can’t see the difference. But when I was in Hong Kong, I bought Meji. I thought Portman like that taste much more.

Your 99 is not the worst. My mother is worst than that. She asked Portman to kisses many many people. Even a boy-friend of her friends’ daughter tim ar. So scary!!

I didn’t report to the staff, because we are just visitors, I don’t want her to remember me and hate Portman if Portman goes that nursery. Unfortunately, I have to send her there, because it’s closed to my house; I don’t have to drive.

I went to King's hospital this afternoon to see their birth centre. The antenatal room is pretty good so as the post natal room. I asked the midwife about discharge. She told me that she can't kick us out if we don't feel to go. They will just ask if we can go...
Having said that King's is one of the busiest hospital. They have 5000 women giving birth last year. I will discuss with the consultant tomorrow to see if private room is much better....
