香港嘅育嬰院同幼兒中心(唔係幼稚園) 質數好高架..
93-95年(我做姑娘之前), 我做 child care worker 時, norway 同日本都派團嚟香港觀"more" 架..
我哋唔係中五畢業就可以教.. 個個都喺李惠利畢業, 有license 嘅呢.. also, most of our colleagues 係教徒, so, 好有愛心, 好細心, 有恆心, 有誠意, 同在意小朋友嘅一舉一動, 個個 child care worker 都有"三心兩意"架!!!

唉! 係咪99都係咁嘅呢??
我又要看夜喇, 返wed, thur, fri, 同 next week 嘅 mon, tue, 望 saturday 可以入嚟 drop a line 喇..
奶量冇回升.. 又要睇住急降.. 好担心

Hi Nillie,

Big boss was in town the past 2 weeks, very busy and no time to chat here. I had a 3D/2N trip last week and finished 95% of my milk bank. Though 10000% unwilling, I need to introduce formula to her next week. She is taking 6 meals a day. I guess I could have enough stock to give her 1 breast milk everyday and she has to take 5 bottles of formula. Hope she will not refuse breast milk after my return.

Trip to NY is almost confirmed. Arrive NY on 6/18 evening and leave on 6/22 at night. Most probably, I will be free on 6/21 evening. Please pm me your contact so that I can call you before I leave for NY.

尋日總算順利過度，我遲咗少少返到屋企，但都啱啱好趕得切阿仔開始叫時換衫洗手邊餵邊泵，無餓親佢(平時呢餐褓姆會o係佢叫之前就餵)

但今日又有嘢要諗... ...我個fridge-to-go只夠裝兩個avent9oz樽，但尋日枝奶仲o係公司，今日又黎兩枝，唔夠載... ...如果今日第二枝唔雪，室溫放1個鐘+ travel 30min，然後返到屋企即刻冰咗佢得唔得呢？

妳o個邊有無通草賣架？真係好得架，如果無我寄一大包俾妳哎。
我奶量drop時又係成日計住計住仲夠阿仔食幾耐，但過咗一個星期升返時就又收支平衡番，妳會唔會試下每日泵多一次半次，刺激下production呀？

唉, 呢幾日阿仔去左 daycare, 我响屋企自己 pump, d 奶出得好慢呀! arm arm pump 左成 20 - 25 mins 先 pump 到 5 oz (兩邊), 我 feel 到未 pump 完, 但係真係出得好慢. 我已經一邊 pump 一邊飲熱野, 又用杯熱水熱 "foo", 又 squeeze 個 breast... 如果下下出得咁慢, 我返工後實 pump 唔夠數啦... 有咩方法可以出得快 d 呀? :-(

oic. already a very good pump. i guess you are also using 2 pumps together. if you have done everything, the only thing left is time. for your reference, my speed of pumping improves with time. initially, it took me almost an hour to pump 6oz from 2 sides. now i can pump 12oz in 20mins. i use 2 medela swing together.

i was not fast few weeks ago. so, it may take you some time to get accustomed to the pump. of course, if you can afford a better pump, it is good. indeed, $1+ for a good pump is not expensive lah. but have you tried that pump yet? it'd be better if you can try before buying. rental pump is also an option if you do not want to own the pump. i also have my own room in office but i still travel with my pair of swing pumps every day between home and office. i just leave the avent manual pump in office as spare.

btw, keep warm when you pump in office. when feeling cold, i can pump less.
