My son 2.5 yrs old now, daily schedule as follows:
08:00 - 6oz milk + bread
10:30 - snacks in nursery (bread / pasta / biscuit)
13:00 - fish soup pasta, with meat & veg (more than 1 bowl)
14:00 - 1/2 apple, orange, banana
17:15 - tea time (yogurt / cheese / biscuit / cake, etc)
19:00 - dinner more than 1 bowl rice (with meat and veg
20:30 - eat little bit when we have dinner
I try to give him milk in the afternoon, but he don't like, he likes fresh juice, boil bamboo w/ water chestnut / pear apple water / vitasoy etc.
Besides, he seldom drink soup, so I wl try to arrange fish soup or bone soup for making noodle/pasta during his lunch.
Can you give me some comment? Is the milk enough for him? Or any improvement on his recipe.
In your book, you mentioned raw sugar. Does raw sugar equal to raw cane sugar? If not, where can I buy the raw sugar and may I know the brand name?

raw cane sugar is the same, 不過留意下有唔同粗幼,如果用幼就易d溶,用來做蛋糕會好D。
