淮山係健脾開胃, 通常磨成粉放入粥度煲. I think if we put 原條落去煲, 會比較難消化, 最好磨成粉. 但我都想知一次放幾多, 同埋可以幾耐食一次 ?-(

I haven't looked at any of the yogurts yet but soon as I do, I'll let you all know what we've chosen.

I also forgot to mention that yogurts can help prevent constipation. Plus those who cannot drink milk because of a a lactose intolerance can eat yogurt without any problem, because yogurt contains much less lactose than milk. The bacteria predigest the lactose. Lactose is a milk sugar that causes diarrhea and bloating in lactose-intolerant people. The active yogurt cultures create the enzyme lactaze, in which lactose-intolerant are deficient.

You can ask your paediatrician, but your baby can get all the benefits of yogurt by buying yogurt made with soy-milk or other non cow's milk.

我的方法 :
乾的淮山 2 片 ,茨實 10粒 (浸"林" I use to put 淮山,茨實 into the water before I sleep at night) , 太多淮山茨實 D 粥會好膠.

煲滾 D 水 + 2片薑 + 少少鹽蒸or煮熟"舊"魚, 拆骨成為魚肉

用浸"林" 的淮山茨實和魚肉煲粥

If you want BB to eat the 淮山茨實, 食之前將淮山茨實拿起用攪拌機磨碎, 再加進粥內,煲滾 OK. (淮山茨實磨粉之後好容易煲到黐底)

老人家話淮山茨實可以健脾,補腎. 大家可以試一試.

我都俾鈞鈞食米餅, 佢幾like食, 一個早上可以食3包(6塊)。其實鈞鈞係幾為食o既bb, 佢見到咩都想食, 唔俾佢食都會呀呀叫好激動o架, 所以囉 ... 而家好多野佢都try過了。我而家冇想嘔得咁犀利, 食得下野, 因為之前上網見d媽媽話飲甘蔗薑汁會比較好, 咦, 真係幾掂播, 哈哈~胃口有變好了。

我之前見同事俾吸管奶樽bb飲水, 我見鈞鈞都好鐘意自己拿奶樽, 於是我買左個吸盤, 佢而家想飲水會自己拿水樽來吸, 不過我覺得如果水少時佢會唔係好夠力啜, 咁就好易入風啦~

Dear all,

My colleague's cousin who is now 9 months old, starts to have fever since early August for serval times up to now. She said that most of the baby when they reaches 8-9 months they will start to get sick because the pre-born anti-body got from Mom will disappear at that time. I have told my husband about this today and he said his game friend also told him about this before and his daughter also got the same symptom when she is 10 mths old. So, please beware of this!

Have just saw the baby yogurt (for baby over 6 mths and no artifical ingredients, all natural) in JUSCO tonight and it costs HKD22.9 for 4 cups.

JUSCO has the 饅頭餅(森永) at HKD13.50 per box and there are 4 small packs in each box. I bought it for Charlotte a month ago and she like it very much!

I just bought the baby yogurt from Jusco. They are Yoplait. ($2x/6cups) For Danone and Nova, there are only yogurt for audlt / toddler but not baby ?-( I will give some to Holman by tmr. :mrgreen:
