I also see the "黑糯米vinegar " only, so I bought one. I forgot which brand, I random one. No buy "朱江橋牌"甜醋"保"薑醋, my MIL said it is too salt. I bought 八珍 . ( Hah Wai Yee supermarket , Tak Shing Hong and Shun Fat supermarket). (San Garbiel & Rowland Heights branches. )

My wound seems a little little pain when I touch it. See the skin surface, just a red track. My HK friend told me, ( she also c-section ), a wound need over one year to recover, because inside we don't see and inside need more time to recovery. My left wrist is better, but my right wrist seems worst in these fews day. Hard to avoid pain, because I need do house work and take care bb.

Did you get my e-mail a long time ago, I talked about which stuffs need to ready in hospital. I remind you once, although I ready any pad, any stuffs, but I did not use anything that which I brought, because the hospital was supplied everything to me. Like: pad & sha underwear. I use the pad only after I went home. This was my sister-in-law gave me ( Rite-Aid store product, under garment, 30 pads. ) My opinion is the rite-aid under garment no good, I like the whole underwear style pad, I bought from Wal-Mart ( Posed, almost USD11.00 , but forgot how many pads ) I told you before I returned it because my sis-in-law's pad enough my use.

Other thing want tell you, today I had a nap time, and I had a dreaming. It is so funny, I dreamed you just gave birth 4 babies in the same time. ha..... In my dreamt, it is noticed by other bk mommy, so I do not know your look. ha... ( just dream ) :-P

Your incision still have the pain, I know for C-S you need at least 1 year for the fully recovery, so don't get pregnant again until your bb girl is at least 1 year old

I having too much problem.
high Glycosuria, Anemia, and suffering by lower back pain.

Get a back support for the back pain, you should able to get it from any pharmacy. You are a happy bird :-P nothing can bother you, I wish I am like you too !

In Hong Kong, the properties' prices are rised very fast.
You've forgot to tell me your phone no. in US.

For the 黑糯米醋, 成份: 糯米, 生彊, 焦糖...可能最主要係有焦糖, 所以黑色.

Be careful to eat, if your glycosuria high, don't eat rice. Did your doctor any suggestion for your menu? Regarding anemia, you can drink "red joe water". I had a back pain if I stood over half hour, so my solution was sit frequently. Know you can solve those problem, I just remind you only.

I am happy to know you will have a new condo. Who is suppose live with you & fat bean in this new home? Your hubby?? or your family ( mom & sister )? Which location? 15 or 30 years to pay? Lately a few years, the house price is raising very fast. Lucky, the interest is low. How much rate do you get? My friend bought a condo on 2002, now is already increase the price, her condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. She pays 30 years. Do you plan move-in before you born a second bb?

Today is good weather and good view, sunshine and snow mountain. I walked with my bb outside. ( just few mins, ha... :-P )

Happy Birthday to Janice. I like go to Mcdonald's birthday party. I remember that I have HK friend, her kid go to McDonald's celebrate birthday every year. I was a guest.

Tonight, I do not eat "siu Yeah." and I just check my weight, still keep 12x lbs. ha... I am not wake up in the mid-night, I am not yet to sleep. Still energy!!! :-P
