Very glad to know you're settling in....is it your plan to stay at home and look after the family? I do envy having the opportunity to live in Australia like you (we did for 3 years a few years back now), and we hated the 烏蠅 too! I think you said you're in Melbourne, right?
I was in Sydney, living in Chatswood so very easy, etc. I love there, and the only thing is we didn't have any relatives or help so all work done by ourselves. And I worked part time, with 2 boys it was really hectic. Anyway we came back with the hope that in a few years (or more) we can go back and enjoy!!!
Yes, Sydney is very similar to HK so it was easy. I do miss a lot the living in Aust....getting old you know it's easy to adapt to slower pace, etc.!!! HK is still with more opportunities though so well need to work hard now!
