whay do you normally cook for your children for breakfast ga? I normally give Trevor weetabix, cornflakes, or pandan cakes for breakfast. they are all easy to prepare. but now, he is fed up with those food. any suggestions?

thank you for your wedsite. i will take a look at it later. how is siu wa doing?
has your hubby tried accuputure (wrong spelling, hope u understand). it works well. Trevor's chinese school 's head teacher hurt his back badly when he tried to move a television. it was so bad that he feel very hurt when he move. after just 2 accuputure,he was all right. so i think it is worth to try.

孖女嘅breakfast 多數係牛油 bread from Somerfield, ham or jam toasts， a boiled egg, the small cakes，麥片 or 餅乾 and a cup of milk~~
