Actually, I can share my experience to u. I stayed in the hospital for 5 days, just because Portman couldn’t suck. A very nice midwife asked many midwives help me for breastfeeding, but none of them can succeed. My nipple was almost bleeding. Therefore she asked me not discharge until I gave up breastfeeding. After few days of struggling, I told her that I won’t breastfeed Portman.

(P.S. the reason of Portman couldn’t suck because I met a very bad midwife right after giving birth. Since I’d a little operation after her birth, I couldn’t breastfeed her for a few hours. After these few hours, Portman couldn’t suck and a lazy midwife didn’t want to help me in any nursing, so she asked me not breastfeed her. She said Portman will be fine, even no feeding for first a few days wor….. Crazy, lazy woman)

P.S. Finally, I could breastfeed her when she was 3 weeks old. It was an upset experience for these 3 weeks. I cried for several times.

Since Portman doesn’t like milk, I 成日轉奶粉 ka, but no problem for her wor. I tried 豆奶 as well ar.
cow & gate has 豆奶 line, but mainly is cow milk.
The reason I chose 日本奶粉, because I heard that it helps easy popo.
P.S. Portman is drinking cow & gate now.

For fish soup,

1. heat a bit oil and ginger on the pan
2. fry the fish,
3. pour some wine into the pan
4. boil a pot of water, put some gingers into it.
5. put the fish into the cooking pot.
6. you can put some papaya as well (Tesco is selling 2 for £2)

fish shop is good, but more important is

1. having a better sleep and
2. drink lots of water.

Do u recoginse you will have much milk after sleeping?

After breastfeeding Kiyomi, you have to blump all milk out as well, because she may not suck all out. In order to empty your breast, you have to blump all out.

醒都係 bump 得2-3 oz 咋喎，得一朝 bump 到差唔多 4 oz 咋.......我今日試過Kiyomi 無:-(時比佢 suck，佢都係唔肯suck 呀........

my colleague told me that u can take the whole year AL even if ur child born in june (just an example) and yr maternity will start after yr child born. but once ur child born and started maternity, u can date back yr AL. so u have to take all yr AL before yr child birth..

this is what I was told anyway.

我有個朋友都係咁, 要放晒d AL, 不過我公司又無要我放喎, 我公司個maternity policy好似係差唔多全球一樣, 所以可能唔同...
