If you wish to have meal-gathering, pls indicate below your availability in May:.

Lunch
------
1. GC/ Mon-Wed, Sunday only
2. BS* / Mon-Fri (presume w/o kids on weekdays, or w/ kids on weekends ?)
3. TTM/ I suggest BBQ on Sat after 2pm or on Sun after 12noon. (w/kids)
4. che/ most days after 20 May
5. Adrianmama/ I also prefer a BBQ gathering with clubhouse facilities on Sun after 12noon..

Dinner
-------
1. GC/ Sat only
2. BS* / Fri and Sat only (presume w/ kids ?)
3. TTM/ Fri and Sat (w/o kids)
4. che/ most days after 20 May

Venue :
-------
Gloria - Pls name some venues for choosing: Ming Mun (WC), Japanese food (CWB)

BS* - After our experience last year, I think we need somewhere with vvv good accoustics and vvv tolerant with soooo many kisd woh !
Any idea of any clubhouse or smallish restaurant, with good food ??? Maybe need to 'bau chueng" if smallish place.

TTM - I could book a club for BBQ at CWB near SPC,
price is $98 for adult and $73 for kids.

when I passed by TCS last night, your hubby was busy at work with some clients, i think. I did not bother him. I'll pass the $ anytime this evening / Sat / Sun then.

As Bee is still v young, I think you may skip item 3 (rafting).

The swimming pool and kids club of STAR (Shangrila Tanju Aru) is vv good. Actually you may stay one day or 2 at STAR to swim, join kids club activities and play other water activities at their mini beach e.g. parasailing/banano boat/iceberg etc.

You may also book ferry tickets at STAR's own pier for fish feeding at Island.

STAR also provides shuttle bus service to/from town (with a fee) at regular interval... very convenient. As the shopping center is v old-fashioned and 冇料到, you may get there after 5pm and just to eat seafood there.

Think the traffic on Jun-3 at CWB area may be worse cos there should be"64 燭光晚會" at Victoria Park..

It's good. We are taking Malaysia airlines also. Flying schedule : 16 June 3:30 pm depart HK 20 June 11:40 am depart KK.

KL is right that there's not much shopping in KK. We can enjoy swimming in hotel's pool and the kid's club activities. Also, Mumutik island is worth to go. (but don't buy the package at the hotel, since it is expensive and a BBQ lunch is included which most of the BK mom cannot take it because of the hot weather). We should buy the tiger prawn and ice stick at the airport. I have the address of 2 of the Chinese restaurants which is famous for Hainan chicken rice and seafood also the address of one Italian restaurant. Even the contact no. of one of the Chinese Malaysian tax-driver

. Also, there is a new zoo (the biggest in Sabah) and it takes 20 minustes taxi from hotel to go over there. We can think about it. (willl pm all these info to you after organise it)

BTW, are you joining Wincastle also ?

LSW-my estate's club house at LAICHIKOK can also be consider
BBQ - outdoor but it is not using the fork and cook, just one machine and cook for all.
(need to order some at the club's restaurant and buy others outside)

facilities - for kids - small indoor playroom/outdoor playground, swimming, ping pong, air ball/bowling/etc.

For female, i can recommend the outside swimming pool with message and also 浸溫泉/sanua outside and steam inside. as i remember the guest fee is around $50/each

If you decide on Sat lunch or Sun lunch,
we can't attend !!
On Sats, Piglet has PTH in Whampoa until 1pm, then need to go to TKD in Pak Tin from 5-7pm !!
Then on Suns, piglet has piano lesson until ~12 or 12:30 at home, then TKD in Kai Tak area from 2:15 - 3:30 pm already.
No time in between !!

As both of you talk about the travelling to KK. Then i am consider to change my mind for our summer trip at July to KK instead of Thailand tim.

For Thailand, we can have great food and shopping.
(but actually, we normally go there 1-2 times per year), not fresh matters, just buy/ buy/ eat/ eat and relax . HAHA

For KK, we can have great food and view, but no shopping

any other recommedation?
