另外,如果囝囝真係唔喜歡食肉 (except fish), 咁我會比tofu and cheese 代替, but I am afraid he will be lack of iron, 唔知有什麼可以多番d iron 比佢? Do you have any suggestion on being a vegetarian? (though he is not now, seems like his preference may turns him to be a vegetarian one day!!) which aspect should I pay attention to....
最後, 近來早上我都係比佢飲around 150ml formula, 之後就食cheerios, 但係就咁食! (佢似乎比較enjoy 就咁食), 唔知怕唔怕會太"hot"... 怕佢會喉嚨痛!... (sorry, I think I am a little bit clumsy)
1) marinate 肉要加水 (好多)同粟粉,肉吸收水後就會滑。
2) 加左蠔油就唔好落豉油啦。
3) Iron comes from spinach, orange...亦可食D加左iron既cornflakes, OJ.
4) Vegetarian 會lack of B12,如果有食開肉就會accumulate in body for reservation, 轉食素一年左右就應該食supplements。
