Hi, could anyone out there to help me how to fill out the form 5481 please? I am going to sponsor my husband and we are having 2 kids together. If our dependents are financially supported by my husband, should I leave blank here or put 2 still? Coz of the sentence states that “Every other family member not included above and dependent on you financially,....., enter the number in the box”. Also, if i put 2, what information I should provide them as it states “provide details on the back of this page.”

16/02/18 sponsorship approved. AOR 1 issued
16/03/01 medical report submitted
16/03/16 AOR 2 issued
16/03/17 police certificate, history after age 18 done.

Seems very fast.
