Asda usually sells a pack of "siu tong choi" (pak choi, as they call it) for 1.12 but Morrison is 99p! ~ same weight 200g per pack. I buy one pack and give all the leaves for Carlos to eat for 2 meals and I eat the stem.
I've seen the real pak choi sold in Tesco, anybody knows if they still do it?
Asda used to sell Choi Sum (but very long stem) at 1.48, expensive but not seeing any lately...

i dont know why.. i seldom to see those in asda (i go asda only), i saw pak choi a few times only, but never ever see choi sum!!

For now, I can only find the English requirements for Tier 1 Migrant, which is what I mentioned before: a UK university taught degree...

By the way, have you read this doc regarding naturalisation: http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/nationality/guide_an.pdf (pages 8 & 9 seem to imply that you can sit for Life in the UK test by itself if you are already fluent in English).

I have took kids back to HK on my own for 2 times. At 2003 was the first time, I went to HK with my twins on my own, the second was this summer, I took twins and Kiyomi back to HK on my own................

u can claim benefit if u pay NI?
my hubby only UK PR not citizen as he doesn't want to lost his Sg Citizenship...

yeah we been paying NI and tax for so many yrs and didn't get any benefit

if that the case u gal is really small wor...
my boy was 5.3kg when he was 14 wks (only meet the 25% line)

sometime when u go to GP u have to sound really worry and demand them to do sth..otherwise..they will just say its fine...
just like what happen to me and my boy....

oh I wish I can lose weigh as easily as u do..
its difficult for me even when I was playing badminton 3 times a wk and gym 2 times a wk before I was pregnant, I still didn;t lose any weigh

How weight was her birth weight? Kiyomi was 6 lbs at birth weight, when she was 4 mths, and weight 15 lbs. before she was 1 yr old, I only weight her every 4 to 6 wks, if you weight your baby too close, you will feel that she has't gain weight...............

2 wks ago I bought 3 pack of "choi sum" fr ASDA for 10p each

as it was reduced (just before the shop closed on the sunday)

try to go to ASDA at about 2:45 pm on sunday.. they usually have lots of reduce item and u can get some real bargain

X'mas06..我也是第一次帶2隻馬騮番HK..係飛機都OK.. 但番到HK就超超超....攞命....

佢地第一次番HK, 果時完全唔跟公公婆婆..大仔去到就水肚不服..又痾又

幾曰唔食野又發燒...大約5日后,帶佢去飲茶, 佢話肚仔饑,要食野, 我喊咗出來, 我媽咪仲問我咩事? 係唔係比老公鬧? 我話唔係, 我係感動大仔食番野, 一時激動到喊姐. 佢坐車仔就指定要我推..雖然佢坐車仔..望前面..但好多時佢會望番后面..睇下係唔係我推緊..如果唔係我推..就會喊到拆天直至我推番為至; 細仔就更加要我抱..所以一出街就一手抱細仔, 一手推車仔..我父母見到咁好心痛我咁辛苦..

佢地又幫唔到我因為佢地果時完全唔跟我父母...所以番咗HK3個星期..前2個星期多數係屋企, 有時襯佢地午睡時會自己出去行一行..不過好快就被called番去了..因為佢地起身一唔見我就喊到拆天......最后一星期就好dd,佢地都跟我父母了

不過可惜呀...果次..練到手瓜起x

All my co-workers are Britishes, they ...........they.....................treat me.........

Now I am working wtih a manger. She tells me off several times a day. Because of her, my only friend in the company (black) left the firm.

My 同事 are "8" very much! Always gossip other 同事. For example 同事A said, "同事B has several pairs of shoes in her car. Oh! she is so xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx', then 同事C will say,' Oh dear! how come she..............................

But I got a 75 years old American friend who treated me like her own daughter when I was there.

My duaghter keeps asking to have a sibling. But I scare to have 2nd child if no support. I was like you, I carried my duaghter with me to HK, when I was pregnancy. But eventually, I lost it.

Why I have to go back to HK by myself? One of the reason was the doctor. When I found I have signs of misscarriage, I asked a GP what should I do? He said in very 寸," nothing you can do, If you lose it, you lose":;pppp:

It was my 2nd times misscarriage!
