maybe try 10 lesson in all co under your consideration before you make your decision, price of long term contract usually remain stable , difference less than 5%... :-P

not 10 lessons per month, correct?

尋日我又比sales 捉住左sell 我轉plan 啦! 我諗我一日未轉plan, 佢地一日都唔心息架!!

不過我再問清楚個sales, 佢話冇雀巢所講既plan, 佢話雀巢所講既以後唔駛比錢, 意思其實係以後只比 $800 一年, 個amount 係少到好似唔駛錢咁姐. 我唔知邊個岩啦, 若果尋日個sales 所講既係事實, 咁雀巢即係誤導我姐!

3yrs ago... no Samrat, no Kapil ga... I only attended Kamal & Hari-dance (now launched a new yoga centre in Central). Because only attended 5 classes per month.

其實我想知d instructors 通常個turnover 高唔高囉. 我想響planet 玩都係為左d instructor 咋嘛.

我個membership 六月中先start 咋嘛, 係18 個月既contract 黎架.

你如果無興趣轉長計劃, 唔洗理佢地啦, 直接同佢地講做埋呢一年先再算....

我估計雀巢係私下比幾個%off 你, 佢收少一千俑金, 等你一聽左就乜都唔諗唔睇即簽姐, 但6年後每年比$800, 佢一定免唔到比你架啦......

Planet 最最最唔好係班 sales, 同 california 一樣, 都唔知係咪個 sales manager跟左過黎, 任由d sales 鐘意點做就點做..... :-( :-( :-(

你前幾日咪話做左4分鐘....

我前兩晚都做左3分鐘, 係屋企做個感覺真係好耐, 集中係呼吸會快過好多

我尋晚做左鐵打醫生教既超人動作去訓練下背肌, 估唔到係其中一個瑜伽動作....

訓地下, 雙手同雙腳申直離地升地 , 連續做5分鐘, 我因全力集中係呼吸先做到咋, 做完下背肌好似火燒咁, 燒脂再變肌肉一d都唔容易.... :tongue:

我朋友三年前已經係planet做, 佢話果時無咁多班, 好多班都係master親自教的, 一年前大肚停左, 已經生完又黎做過
