actually, do u know the exact background of #28 ?...
The majority shareholders is #86 SHK ...
While #86 's ultimate shareholders are #56 and #373....

I cant say if #28 will rise or not in short run...but i'm quite sure it is not a rubbish stock ...it's a healthy stock...but u know, market price is something that beyond fundamental factors can measure...it's also affected by many other factors...

Honestly, I m insider (senior management) in this group of companies...I know the ORIX deal , hedge fund invest in #28 long long time ago, but I cant buy based on this inf, My stock was bought a few years ago....but i sold all in April/May sth already ...as at that time all the news made public...and after result annoucement...

The reason why Orix invest in #28 is because they have good track record in UAF before, UAF's shareholders is the same as #28,....

UAF = United Asia Finance
