all dance (bellydance, fusion, bollywood...) can let you to lose weight ga. Do you want to try? but remember, every song you've to put some efforts (say not only 1 class, at least 3-4 classes) to remember the steps, otherwise you'll feel fustrated as you can't follow.

For me I feel easy cos I usually attend 3-4 times for a song, do you know... some dance members only 5 or 9 yrs old, they can dance very well! don't worry, practise can let you feel easy!

& you can try combat (kick boxing plue yoga), burn fat very fast, but I don't like it as bored!

I can send you some songs to listen first, if interested to try, then go la.. 3 centres - TST, CWB & Central, around 10-15 dance classes per week for each centre.

haha... 2 doy asked me about dance last night ar... she looks very slim now.
