I got another big trouble la... my maid resign last night and will leave us at 7 July wor.... as she will get married and go to London with her husband wor.... :-( :-( :-(
I prefer overseas lor... as they need to loan the money so they will perform good at least 7 months.. if local maid le... some very risky... as they are picky and even they signed the contract with you... they can withdraw and sign with other people ga... but not all local maid like this.... so I also looking for local maid...
If the maid asked you to sign any reference to her le.. even they told you many different story or excuse.. you have to be careful ah... as the agent told me that she knows many case like this ga... she need the reference letter to apply to work abroad like Canada, UK or US... as they cannot apply directly from PHilippine.. so they come to HK as a stepping stone.. then use HK's working experience to apply... and they won't let you know as the maid worried that you will terminate her immediate.. so that they cannot finish the contract... and the application will also be rejected by immigration...
Not yet sign for her ah.. I said I need to check with the agent first.. then the agent laught and tell me the story.. then I ask the agent to ask my maid and at the beginning the maid deny and told the agent that we treat her very very good ah... buy many stuff for her ah.. bring her to many place ah... at the end the agent said.. no need to deny la.. if you feel your employer sooo good... then she said yes.. she will go back to marry and go Lunch with her husband wor....

for local maids, 好似我ex-印, 佢就係走左之後, 去幾個family做無耐又走, 都有3-4個employers call 我問佢reference! d local maids 好唔安份 !
