Can anyone help me to recall the handling of breastmilk, I'm losing my memory!!
1) Bmilk in freezer can be kept up to 3 mths.

2) Bmilk defrosted in the fridge had to be used up within 3 days? How long can we keep the defrosted milk once warmed, i.e. if I take out to restaurants to feed? or doesn't need to be warmed until feeding time?

3) fresh Bmilk kept in the fridge had to be used in 2 days?

係出疹後清熱毒既，不過我都係唔煲lu，怕太古靈精怪Larry會敏感

freshmilk in room temp (25 degree) 6-8 hours
keep in 2-door fridge - 7days
keep in single door fridge - 3 days
keep in freezer - 3 mths
defrost milk - 1 day
reheated/warmed milk (if sucked) 2 hrs
reheated/warmed milk (not sucked) 6 hours

Hey, does anybody use medela pumps? I went to their shop the other day to buy the 'air tube' (the transparent one), coz my existing one had some milk residuals inside, the lady said she believes the motor of my pump will also be covered with some milk residuals, and told me to dip cotton bud into water and wipe over the air valve to clean it, to clean the air tube I need to take it out and run it thru warm water, then turn on the pump with air tube connected and let it run & dry for a few minutes.
I have doubts in her cleaning method for the air valve coz it is connected to the motor so.... Does anyone clean their motors? and air tubes? how?

my hb bought loads of masks tonight which gave me a fright! I think I have over 100pcs of children mask and 200pcs of adult masks!! no wonder the masks are out of stock~~

did you have the sling back? thx for your help! i bought a similar one. i find the sling very useful. i nursed little princess next to victoria harbour, while waiting for bus, during buffet...

yup, your sister sent it back to me yesterday but I was out of office that time.

can't agree more, the sling is the most useful thing I have bought for taking care of takumi!

hope my daughter-in-law will find this sling useful too...well, 20-30 years later...hehehheeee

我個條sling係online 買, 出街餵奶好方便, 就算唔係餵奶, 平時出街一樣好好用.

我上個月開始有谷奶(個胸實，但未致於好谷/痛)，呢兩日仲有少少滴奶tim

不過, 我而家條腰開始有點痛~

我第2胎個時21周已經有奶, 但唔係谷, 我個醫生仲話非常好, 不過最後都餵唔成....我依傢停餵左4個月, 仲有少少奶囉...前幾日仲擠吓佢, 點知有D塞左, 要擠返D奶線出黎

我估你今次生完夠奶俾細b飲之餘俾埋larry,仲會有好多存貨做diy同埋蛋糕添呀!

如果有多，一定會益晒Larry，佢自從無食人奶之後，真係容易病d，今胎我唔會再定戒奶時間表，反正都(應該)唔打算生第3個，餵得幾耐就幾耐，希望bb健康d。

(我接受唔到人奶蛋糕之類，無咁思想開放)

另外，Larry最近(終於)又有長高，之前一直停o係90cm左右，尋日去check (入學要醫生填student health record)，有95cm!!! 13.9kg 星期六去試校服時，覺得人地d小朋友好細粒，好可愛 (尤其d妹妹

我上一胎生咗先上奶，之前一d都唔谷

希望今次可以lunch hour 泵一次就夠bb飲啦，因為而家無之前咁自由，唔可以蛇去泵兩次 :-p

我之前又係條腰痛，今個月又無乜事，D同事仲成日笑我做乜行得咁快
