好辛苦呀, d鼻涕同鼻水好似流極都流唔完咁, 尋晚又越訓越凍, 唔知幾時至好番? 但係我真係好唔想食藥, 希望靠自己可以打勝仗喇!

I know too much egg yolk is not good, 1 egg yolk contains nearly 300mg cholestrol, it is already the maximum limit for an adult's daily concumption, besides, too much egg yolk will hinder your adsbortion of calcium; which is very essential for bebe bone development. Since I was found a bit high level of cholestrol before I was pregnant; doctor adviced me not to eat too much food that cotained high cholestrol incl. egg yolk (but egg white is good n has no cholestrol)

I haven't decided which hostipal to go to, I consulted Dr. Fang on Feb 5 (sat) and waited for 2 hours...she was really busy, I saw Yu Siu Po too (ex-miss HK), donno if you still remember her...

多謝關心, 星期一好開心識到你, 你好nice呀!

我preg.之前個body check又係驗到膽固醇偏高, 可能係以前整蛋糕高峰期時, 食得太多cheesecake, 甜品之類喇!
我地兩個都要小心d diet呀!

呢排睇甜孫爺爺, 成日見到d靚靚蛋糕, 又俾佢挑起我條整蛋糕根呀! 尋晚同老公講話好想買舊cream cheese番黎整ny cheesecake同埋blueberry cheesecake呀! 佢又唔反對又唔贊成咁, 搞到我心大心細tim!

I also like those food with high cholestrol a lot, like cake, shrimp, chicken (with skin), cuttlefish, squid, moon-cake...but start to control a bit after being found pregnant and high level of cholestrol; yet it is really hard to stop eating these food, they are all yummy!

i also want to learn again . . . now my colleagues are choosing course from magic kitchen. . . . if they confirm, i will join and ask you all, if any 1 interest!!

(as last time, i bring back my cake for them to try ar. . . .all said it is yummy )
