Actually I want at least 15 XL mangoes ah (4 for my dad/mum, 6 for my family and 5 for piano teacher).

If there's only 5, then each of us (dad/mum, myself/hubby/Kv) can only take one and none for the handsome teacher...

PS. I can go to blue*'s home after work on Sat afternoon gar. Could you pls help to buy 1 box then?

I think LSW's hubby will be our chauffeur.

I have a car / van license too ga.

And during my best days I can drive from HH to Sai Kung ! Of course not now.

If ever I drive, I will post here and forewarn everybody sin.

And I am NOT wearing long hair. Just so happens that my friend doesn't have time to come to our flat to cut our (both piglet + I) hair ja. So I simply put up my hair instead of looking more and more like a beggar. It's been over 3m since I last had a haircut.
I snipped about 1" off piglet's hair on forehead last Sat. Looks as if I used a Chin bowl to cover and trim.

Too long ==> looks like a girl. Those who saw him last Thurs at BBQ should know.

If the Filipino maid is now working in HK,
she can simply go to Filippines Consulate herself to process everything, without going through an agency ga woh.
Then go to HK Imm Dept with all documents to get DH visa herself too.

But if you want one who is now in The Philippines, no way loh, must go through an agency.

Also, my maid has finished her 1st contract (2 years) with me ? If she will defer to take her leave by end of this year, do I need to pay her balance of annual leave day of her 1st 2 years contract with me now ? Any idea ?

no la, i don't know how to drive and scare of it ka.

i just found out the better chinese set has stock at DD, DD don't have stock for a long time and will plan to order la. As i order at IDXX and wait for more than 1.5 months and they still can't get one set for me.

if you want to order anything at DD, you can tell me la. i will place the order soon. DD has a speical discount right now, 95% off for all the order and if you are the VIP, another 95% off.

RE the Blokus, still not yet open, i set up the stamps system for my son and he still not yet got enough stamps .

My own practice is to settle all annual leave $$ when maid takes leave. But my maid is yanyan and less troublesome.
Also, it is ??? to calculate annual leave $$. Easier to do it when she actually takes leave.

Piglet always says he wanted to try football.
But we can't make it this year, again :
it starts on 16July but we should be back in HK ~27July. If you know of anything interesting (football, basketball, ..... between 28 July - 2 Sept pls let me know.

i suggest you can enroll first la. Only $50 for whole period. if you can attend for more than 3-4 lessons. It is ok bor. from 16-27 July, may be you only miss 4 lessons. (twice per week)

My son attend the football course last summer at YMCA, it cost around $80-100 per lesson ka.

i also have some info. about the mini tennis course organize by Tennis association and LCSD, cost around $900 for 12 lessons within July/Aug 2007. if you are interest, pls let me know, i can't remember the website right now.

Actually school also has some int classes during summer, but also for July - end Aug and we miss 1/3 ga, so did not join. Maybe join in P3.

皇冠's website said I should get collection letter after 2 working days, but it's been >7 working days and no new yet, my order status was still "being processed".
So I called 皇冠 just then : they missed my order, the books have already been delivered to the self-collection office but they missed processing i.e. did not issue me the collection letter.
The staff said I should receive that collection letter soon. Let's see. Hopefully early next week loh.

Tks. Actually I've got some of the books in this series already, the cheaper-version ones, from 教協 and 景行開倉。But I don't think piglet will read it yet. He still resists chapter books (Engl and Chin), and will only go for picture books. So I still have to choose carefully cos not a lot of short picture books. (I need it for book report purpose.)
