Hi SY-Mom, I feel a bit better now. I know Isaac and I have to be independent to each other. Yes, I will work in San Ramon for one month because the company will move to Hayward at the end of July.

so, r u staying in san ramon for 1 month only or will keep staying there when yr office is moved to hayward later?

is yr hubby also working now?

THanks SY_Mom, I deleted my contact finally.
I plan to stay in San Ramon for long because the schools are good there. My hubby may work in Hercules.

If you work in Hayward and your hubby in Hercules, isn't it a long commute for both of you to live in San Ramon? I think San Ramon to Hayward is still okay, with traffic at 238 it probably takes 45 min. I'm not sure how long it will take from San Ramon to Hercules.

My hubby said the traffic is ok. I am not sure.
Heard from Happymat that you guys will have gathering next Sat. at your house. Too bad that we can't join because my friend will visit us from Hong Kong....wish you guys have a great party.

traffic from san ramon to hercules might be ok as i assume that there're not too many people going to work there. however, it would be closer to hercules if u lived in danville. the schools in danville are not worse than san ramon at all.

Babesiu, if I were you, I definitely will not move to USA. I just moved to here in April. My hubby and I don't like the system here and we miss hong kong so much. Hope that we can move back after we get our citizenship here. Think twice before you move....when someone told me the same last year, i didn't consider it seriously because I thoughthat I used to live here, my family is here, and it's good for my son....but now, I regret a lot.....I will be much happier if i live in Hong Kong....as what you said, the mortgage is paid off, the job is ok, and a lot of friends in Hong Kong.....if you asked me again, I would not move to here.

If you are rich, you can also have good education for your kids. I am afraid that I will not get used to the life in HK if I live here for 5 years....When I just moved back to HK after living in USA for 10 years, I hated hong kong so much...but then after I lived in hk for another 8 years, I don't want to live in USA now.

Take it easy and be happy la. Maybe you will not like HK living style after these 5 years ... or maybe not ... hee hee. 最多 drop off some sweet treat to your home today or tomorrow la. cheesecake or ice-cream?

I always feel more happy after eat some thing (or lot of things ... especially sweet).
