yes, good for live indeed. I missed RS so much when I moved out since I lived there closing to 6 years. my kid moved there since her 6 months (her HAPPY childhood spent in RS). the ppl don't need to go out anywhere (except going to Shatin, Yata for shopping - skincare, clothes ..). it likes having a own Society , with a lot of good learning center in the mall too.
p.s. a lot of good background ppl live there.
I felt so good on Sat morning when going down to the podium under the sun after 5 days work. (leisure walk under the sun, jogging, chatting with a lot of mummy they don't need to work, hehe - a lot of ftm there too). I know they have their groups for high tea, tennis, even going to medical facial treatment together .. the kids for sure are growing up there happily (clubhouse arranges a lot of activities / classes for kids). the management fee is cheap nowadays according to their management / facilities.
I know some mum will arrange their own playgroups for kids in either one flat .
weakness: 10-15 walking to MTR without cover. starting old (20 years, but still ok I think) - need to spend money to do decoration once bought. also a bit cold at RS compared with other estates in Fotan. (especially the flats facing North West).

same as me before ! my kid studied at "Lok Kei" too .
and studied at Pooi Kei too ! attended all classes downstairs (piano, drawing, English tutorial)...
although I moved out already. but sometimes I do think back my time I spent at RS (because I didn't work for 2 years and I spent these 2 years there). I enjoyed that "Tai Tai" life so much at RS ! perfect !
