oh, do want to try this. I am so envy all of you as I can only pump 10oz milk at work but this has last for three months already. Luckily my boy is starting rice cereal so that only need to add one meal formula for him. Let's all 餵緊人奶的媽咪"add oil" la !

My boy has 介左夜奶 at 3rd month but resume it at 5th month. So take it easy. As your daugher sleep that early, it is quite difficult to cut the midnight milk.

Just confirmed a new job tomorrow. I think I will not pump milk this week. I may bring a pump to release the milk if necessary but will not store it. Hope the breast will not be very very 'cook'....
If it work, my intention is to pump once before work, then twice after work......
My little boy is starting 1.5 meals in rice cereal + 1/2 can BB fruit per day! pretty good, as he likes it. Recommended by the nurse, I have added tomato, egg yolk, potato & peas on the rice cereal. Each ingredient per meal and he loves them all. I am using the formula to prepare the rice cereal.

The progress of my 育嬰院 is very slow as they only start to give cereal to Zach last week....I asked them when they will start giving congee and they said they need to monitor for few more days.
Well, same as Mango, I did not pump milk at office starting this week. I still pump 3 times, one before work, one after work and one before sleep.

I've started feeding congee to bb for around 3 weeks, actually i've skipped the rice cereal stage. It seems that my bb quite accept it. Since my mom-in-law always prepare fish soup for me, i'll use fish soup to make congee, i wonder she like it very much which i think the taste is not good enough.
My bb has some constipation after starting solid food since she don't like drinking water at all. Then i buy a straw cup for her to try, it surprised me that she could drink up to 5oz water sometimes. Also i gave some banana and papaya mash for her. Now her stool is quite normal
I also buy the instant food for BB, i bought some vegetable sauce likes carrot, green bean.........for BB to mix with the rice cereal. Because i dont know how to boil congee. :mrgreen:
