For party, I am thinking of asking one of my friends to be the party photography, in this way, we could make sure we have some good family photos. I remember last time at the Animals Party, all our husbands were carrying the cameras and busy in taking photos, and we seldom had a chance to take a nice family photo, i.e. with mama, papa and bibi in one photo... any idea?

我上次係醫務所睇過一本雜誌，好似話教人用自"lim"土整手印、腳印，個本好似係11月號既"親子雜誌"，好似話整好咗風乾咗就ok架喇，唔知有冇媽咪有個本書呀??如果有，我地又可以諗諗另外一個方法整手印、腳印喇......
我初步諗過，其實將d自"lim"土整到四四方方，最好搵野碌"bin"佢，然後cut好個型﹝最好用整餅個d cut野模﹝唔識係唔係咁叫﹞﹞，印隻手仔或者腳仔落去風乾咪ok羅，不過係我諗咋，唔知work唔work架，不過就冇相架羅，但係材料費就會好平。

----- ABOUT CAMERA-MAN ARRANGEMENT -----

Just checked with the photographer's wife, she is OK with this idea, but she needs to check with his husband to confirm.

There is NO extra cost for the photo-taking service as he is not a professional camera-man. Maybe we could pay for their party-fee (i.e. around HK$ 70 per person based on current no. of ppl) and invite them to join us, then, they could help to take photo. My crazy idea again:
- I could ask my friend to be the reception and help to take attendency and distribute the name-tag
- I could ask my friend's husband to be the camera-man
- We could distribute "photo-coupon" when we distribute the name-tag, each coupon could be used once to ask the camera-man to take 3 min family photos, i.e. around 3 min for each family. In this way, we could make sure each family has the chance to be taken photo, and the camera-man will not spent too much time/photos on particular families making others don't have time for this.
- We have around 40 families, 40X3min = 120min, i.e. 2 hours. The camera-man can have 1 extra hour to take group photos and game photos.
- Once the party is over, I will ask my friend to upload the photos to the ftpserver, such that all mothers can enjoy it and download as you like.

Note - the disadvantage of this idea is that my friend will not EDIT the photos before passing them to us. If we hire professional camera-man, they could provide this service.

Note- I have just asked another BK mum for a contact info of a professional camera-man, around $350/hr, including everything, i.e. no extra cost. So, if for 3 hours, it will be HK$1000+.

我覺得你話photo-coupon既idea好好呀!
如果請Professional camera-man都照用photo-coupon呢個idea就好, 又或者set定每個家庭可以影多少張全家褔相, BB近鏡相可以影多少張等等..., 咁大家平均分配就唔會出現影多影少的情況!

How about we hold a committee meeting to brain storm the party arrangement, venue to choose, camera-man arrangement, game to play, food to eat, who's doing what, etc.?

How about hold it at the Cafe Musical such that we could try the food and see the decoration/space, and confirm the food/drink menu at one time?
