A simple question for those who believe in renting after selling for now and buying back when the market drop theory.

May I ask what is your profit margin in selling your property now?

How much is your rental now? And how long do you prepare to rent?

At what point do you think you would buy again?

我識得有個人就係咁啦, 佢0係個市剛升既時候, 賣左佢住緊既維景, 跟住租樓住. 佢話估唔倒個市會繼續升得咁勁, 我見佢唔開心呀...
