May I ask anyone agree this plan that's show below?

Organize an Association of DH's Employers: -

1. Collect those DH Employers here who wants to be a member, contact method.
2. Organize a Gathering Party.
3. Brain Storming.
4. Elect or appoint a Chairman.
5. Elect or appoint other posts. (vice chairman, secretary, etc.)
6. Create a Member Handbook.
7. Registeration as a legal Party.
8. etc......

今天我見到民..聯既幹事 問我地既協會人數多少 可以開始籌備嗎?我講因現時人數還是四十五十個 會否謙少 ...

你有無問民x聯要幾多人才可成立協會呢?

我個人覺得,我地依家可以成立左個協會先,有左協會後才可做宣傳的,因為BK始終都只係一個網站,人流有限.

Ans: As I know, there are no any limitation to organize an association. Of course, it must have these posts: 1. Chairman 2. Vice Chairman (could be not) 3. Secretary 4. Finacial controller

Ans: Thanks for your kind supporting. As I said before 擔任主席 should be "Elected" or "Appointed" by those members who joined the association. Maybe someone has that ability, right.

I'm agreed with you 擔任主席 should be "Elected" or "Appointed" by those members who joined the association.

But sorry to ask you why you suddenly so agressive want to 組織協會? is it because you have a very very bad experience with your maid before or now like Mrs. So, if yes do you want to share it with us?

Sorry i got a confusion with you and Mrs. So, because I received your pm today and ask me to provide you my details, as I remember this topic is start from Mrs. So and she only asks us to sign in first to see whether it is enough person to set up an association. so do you think it is a bit early to ask us for personnal details in this moment because i'm worry you might scare some mom what we are trying to do?

Totally agree qqmom. It seens too early to get the personnal details since Mrs. So just ask to sign in first to see whether it is enough person to set up an assoication. Also, I think we should know more information about the candidate before we "elected" or "appointed" someone to be chairman in order to avoid any conflict of interest.

agree with qqmom and DoReMi媽, 我們好明白你既苦心亦好多謝你咁緊張同聯系各位, 主席一事當然係要 elected or appointed 我相信 Mrs. So 亦好明白這一點, 大家都希望可以同心協力搞好過會唔好比 d 外僱睇死,

現時唔係咁多人sign the name 可能佢地都重係有 d 擔心個協會會唔會係呃人, 因為係網上乜都可以發生, 各位抱住介心係正常既, 當初我會 sign 個名都係因為睇左 Mrs. So 既 case 然後每一日睇到佢發表既 topcie 至相信佢同支持佢, 現時 Mrs. So 所提議係下一步點做, 我地應該係諗下點樣可以吸納多 d 人, 有 d 野順其自然會好 d 太大既壓力反而會令人反感

似乎現時已經要羅 Contact number 等真係太早, 我地亦明白成立一個協會亦需要各位既聯絡電話等亦需定期開會議但現時講呢 d 真係早左 d

另外, Mrs. So 早前提議過一個一信, 請問你認為有無需要, 如果要請將寄信既地址給我, 我會先發信給有關部門

To all:

First of all, I am not keen to be a Chairman or whatelse Post in this association. That's why I refused Mrs.So's invitation that wanted me to be a Chairman. And I also explain that the Chairman must be Elected or Appointed. Please forgive my English Writing maybe mislead YOU.

Secondly, as I wrote before, there are not many restriction to organize an Association. It's only need to present who are the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Finanical Controller. That's it. For that point, FOUR people can organize an association.

Finally, I realize that if no one take action, this topic will sink down and give no result. Yes, I also know there are many people will worry about what kind of FRAUD, something like that, to collect those people's information. This idea, however, cannot be carried out without those people supportive. So, I made a step forward and I did predict someone will defend my behaviour.

I do not want to involve any arguement again. So, I think it's the time to announce a hold on all process to collect information.

One more thing I want to clarify: -

"Contact Method" NOT "Contact number"

Remark:
Mrs.So, Please come up and chair this issue.

各位,

大家唔使咁緊張,應該放鬆D,如果個會都未成立,我地就已經大家互相懷疑,如果比D外傭知道就真係會笑死佢地.

其實我地真係需要一D有時間又肯出來幫手既人,我地雖然好支持mrs so,但佢自己都好忙,佢都要幾日先可以上來一次向我地匯報,咁依家Enchante肯出來幫手攪,唔係好好咩.

講真丫,我昨日e-mail比Enchante,我都只係留左個e-mail address比佢,即等同我要留e-mail address比BK一樣,無咩分別.我係e-mail內聲明我只會參加做會員.
