just a note to all mama, if you are pregnant, pls DONT USE spa system or any system with current during the period!!

After you give birth to BB, you rest at home, you can then use spa system again to get back to shape, and face as well!!

During the period, you can apply "Face Lift" from nuskin to get your face shape up, it is a facial mask as it named can lift up your face. It is a traditional product, b4 we have spa system, it is the thing help us to get a face shape!!

Anyway, today's tips: If you are pregnant, dont use spa system, use it after your delivery.
