can u sell your old flat at a lower px?
u need to manage risk. what if suddenly there is bad news come which hit prop mkt very hard? and this may last for 2 years. u need to manage your cash flow and assets wisely, esp u have a kid.
cut la! if my cheapest lot 3328 can farn gar heung + enough to cover b/c, i will sell first. i have too many bank stocks. but good unloaded 3618 yesterday
recently the transaction in my residential area are pretty good~~ I don't want to sell below market price. The time I bot my flat is 20% higher than market price (becoz of good location), so I want to sell @ a bit higher.
i know i hv to manage these risks ah~ but even i sell it, HK$ is depreciating, and i have to find something else to hedge against it.
