We haven't started looking hard yet so don't know that many floor plan. In MOS, are there many floor plan that offer 6xx尺有三房+套廁? Maybe the expert can shed some light for us!
But for such good floor plan, will the price be very high? If 呎價 is over $5500 that most likely it will fall outside the $3,500,000 range budget!

總共3房。
2個細既就L型碌架床,或者雙床。3房$3.5m 差唔多啦我估。MOS d 6百零呎3房應該做緊e個價,但就未必有海景。
