I just bring along the 181, referral letter from private doctor, my husband's id copy, and my id, to L block... than I have the appt slip for antenatal check up la... which district you live in is not a problem!

moreover, I could have the blood taking and history taking by a midwife on that day tim ar!

我因為冇去L BLOCK排,所以唔知個邊會唔會轉你去健康院,不過如果你唔想應該可以同佢講,不過健康院既SERVICE差好遠,D姑娘好好人,又有D即時既COURSE比你係等既時候聽,D姑娘係有問必答,我而家生完個幾月,次次返去帶BB覆診都好好人,而且佢地解釋得好詳細,我諗生試過返去QE做產檢,唔知係咪人多呢?我等就等左2個鐘,見醫生就五分鐘都冇.............................不過如果就嚟返工就梗係係返QE啦!!

我等生同生完第一日都住大房,第一日下午先轉二等房,你有時間就睇返之前D PAGE,我有SHARE過我係QE既經歷架!

How are you getting on ar? Still on leave? Have a good rest then… : )

I just have my 1st check up in ACC building today (I will have my check up next time in L block). I spent not more than 1 hour for the whole check up. I have the routine urine check at first, then measure the blood pressure, body height and body weight! I was interviewed by a midwife and she explained the blood results to me…
And wait for a while, I could see the doctor. Coz it's my 1st check up in QE, she preformed the gynecological exam for me (include the breast exam and the exam of the cervix). And she arranged an ultrasound exam for me and which can be done tomorrow! So good!

But lot of Naples and Chinese with accent are there waiting for check up…I can wonder what will happen if no 2nd class beds available for us when we are labor!!

It is posted that all of the antenatal talks are full in this round.. (the last talk will in Mid Dec).. Maybe you need to wait for another round la.. but I think you may have a try geh… I don’t think all of the people who reserved for the seats will attend the talks.. if they do not call or fax for confirmation, vacancies may be available! You can dial to ask for any vacancy 2-3 days before your interested talk!

我今個星期放大假,原本下星期一返工,but now,我下星期一去仁安做oscar test,所以星期工先返工,又可以蛇多一日...haha!!!
我尋日去0左仁安覆診,見倒bb兩隻腳中間有粒0野(姑姑呀),e生話係bb囝呵...!!!不過如果要comfirm,就要4,5個月時再照0下先可以comfirm,不過都好開心,其實我仔女都冇所謂,不過只係想怏d知係仔定女0即...!!!

talks0個道,我都係諗住下次覆診時再攪啦,或者你去L BLOCK覆診時幫我0羅張TALKS 0既時間表睇0下呀,早得一日得一日啦..!!!
bb已經有5.4cm啦,你依家有冇咩唔舒服呀?個肚有冇大0左呀??

我有睇哂之前的page, 知道你曾有不愉快的經驗在qe, 所以好多人都想住到2nd class lor...
希望到時有位啦, 不過近日成日都見到好多大肚婆, (比早一兩年比較)好似好多人生仔咁...所以真的不敢抱好大希望

我諗我生完之後會去番健康院求follow up...but之前的產檢就希望在qe la..

我住屯門都出去QE呀,no problem0既,..
我問過,近我0既,一係QE,一係沙田威爾斯(有二等房),最後我都係chooseQE,只要CHECK倒有0左bb之後有私家E生0既信,就可以加埋hellotaz講0個d文件去登記啦(by fax or親身去)不過以我0地0既經驗,你最好一check倒就去登記,因為要排好內期0架,我8月頭登記,要10月中先有得睇第一次呵...!!!

知道你另外都在仁安睇啊...在仁安做Oscar test how much ar? why dont do it in QE?係唔係因為要排好耐, 所以在私家做?
你在仁安做產檢嗎? 每次去Check 又how much ar?

我依家CONSIDER緊在QE登記左之後, 點都要係出邊睇多個嫁喇, 不過就唔知睇朋友介紹的婦產科醫生的診所睇私家醫生好, 定係好似你咁在私家醫院睇好..

其實係政府,如果唔係有d咩家族遺傳,或者年級大(over35),都唔同你做oscar,如果想做,就要自費去沙田威爾斯($950)做,只可以係11w-13w6d之間做,因為我去沙威book時已經full0左,so我只有問私家做,仁安(每個e生好似唔同),我跟返我個e生做$1500,不過仁安都好full 0架,咁0岩我尋日去覆診時,e生話星期一加個期比我,我先有得做jar...!!!
另外我係仁安做產檢我join0左package,$6500,有12次檢查,包藥,驗血,us照結構,一次牙科,佢話如果淨係一次檢查要$650,咁join package應該會底d lor...!!!
其實我之前都係係出面睇私家e生,後來依個仁安0既e生係我姨媽個fd0黎0既,我姨媽介紹我,叫我去睇佢,因為起碼有個熟人,樣樣都會幫你跟得足d...!!!
不過,好多人去政府睇0既,都會自己再出私家睇,因為我覺得其實政府好似好求其咁(如果唔係要係政府生,我真係唔去呀!),而且私家,次次都會同你照超聲波,細心d同你睇之餘,你又可以儲返張超聲波相仔,都幾好0架...!!!

我昨天看了私家醫生,照了結構性ultrasound,有埋3D & 4D,錄了一隻dvd,同埋有12張photo,本來應該好開心,但之後醫生竟然話我重了少少...要多做運動,我d同事個個都話我瘦,而家21weeks,共重了十一磅,大家有無d咩運作好介紹呀?

另外我開始聽d古典純音樂,寶寶真的好喜歡...常常在肚內跳...haha,您地都試下啦

我o個個係bb仔,我本來都無o念住照4D,是醫生加比我的,而依家個樣其實都未太清楚,反而手指腳指會清楚d...雖然而家睇都知會唔靚,但都覺得好得意。
生完真係要比心機d做運動,努力呀~~

咁你有熟人在仁安, 當然轉睇佢好些啦

原來都係咁多人自費做oscar test ar,....so in 政府醫院咁full la, if just cost about $950 there...

所以當知道自己有左時, 就真係要盡早Book定了, 如果唔係就迫住俾多幾佰係私家度做Oscar 了...

我覺得Oscar好緊要, 因為真係就咁就一世嫁喇...唔可以以為自己後生呀, 屋企人冇呀就依家冇事...

呀, 我想問, 你去book 威院時你係week幾呀?, 如果當自己week4, 5時去book, 會唔會易些呢

我打去威院book oscar時9w,都已經冇位比我啦,所以如果想book記得到時早d打去book呵..~
其實我0個時好早已經知威院有得做,不過我覺得,係政府道做,都要成千蚊,好似好唔低咁,我不如去私家做冇咁嬲,你知我啦,由細到大係政府睇e生都未比個$,我考慮0左個幾兩個星期,之後先打去book,都係諗住book定先,諗住做個後備,如果問道去私家做0米威院唔去lor,其實一心想去私家做,只係0個時我未問倒私家要幾多$,其實有d私家e生以我所知都只係$11xx,貴威院唔係好多,後來,仁安個e生叫我跟返佢做,0米跟佢做lor,因為我已經12w,唔跟佢做,都已經冇選擇啦.~~
有時我係道諗,我係信教0既,不過如果oscar test出0黎 touchwood :-( 咁我係0米真係會唔要呢...我個人就係咁0架....好鬼煩....~~~

let me take the schedule for talk next time la.. my next check up is 3/10 in L block.

I have my ultrasound yesterday in QE. It was performed by nurse. My bb is now 5.31cm la.. it's is growing very fast! about 2 weeks ago, it was only 2.38cm in size ja... but it's sex is not yet confirmed. I do hope that I can have a baby boy! The nurse is quite nice la.. and answer me lots of Qns. One of the Qns that I concern most... about the 2nd class bed.... we will give birth in March.. it is not a hot season for delivery and most porbably we can have 2nd class bed! Really hope so la...

Some of the mama in BK said that from the oscar test, the sex of the baby may be seen.. you can try ask ask the doctor on Monday la...

concerning the weight... just put it aside sin la.. the most impt is that the bb is growing healthy ma...

I just have about 12 weeks pregnancy. last time when I visit my doctor, he also said that I should not gain so much weight in the first stage of pregnancy.. (I gained several pounds la..).. and really make me down... I afraid that I will gained lots of pounds during this period! but luckily, my bb is ok in size (from ultrasound)... I think I will take more care on my diet now.. and after delivery, I will do as much as I can to lose weight... Will you give breastfeed to your bb? research shows that it can help to lose weight gar...

I just bought some music discs and I think I will listen to them later.. around 16-18weeks...
I want to have the feeling of bb moving in my abdomen.. really want to have this experience soon.. seems amazing and great!
