I absolutely agree with your view, but the point is that you can do nothing to change the world while every one of us are facing the keen competition no matter for kgs, primary or secondary schools....
Just add oil, when you see your child is able to get into your targeted kg, you'll feel great and even proud of him/her...
even if no offer at all, kg interview is simply a matter of luck, I'm sure your child can grasp a kg place finally.
