你的方法果然有效, 我會跟你個方法試下, 但我唔可以係lunch泵奶, 咁點算好?我冇買電雙泵, 因我老公見我唔係有太多奶, 佢怕我浪費金錢, 佢話等我有返多些奶先買, 我現在等亞b餓時先埋身餵唔夠先保奶粉, 咩你可以一邊餵一邊泵奶一個人都得唔洗人幫手? 我一定可以做到, 你都得冇理由我唔得....

你幾時開始發力架 ? 我諗我阿仔同你阿b差唔多大啦(10/10出世), 不過你就叻我好多喇, 我每次pump親都只得2.5-3安...所以做唔到全人奶, 不過我會努力, 以你既方法做榜樣...
唉, 不過我阿仔最近唔係好肯用樽食, 我都冇mud機會pump奶, 就算pump左佢都扭埋身食, 點算?

準確日子已經唔記得, 大約係咁:

10/12 : bb 出世 3.28kg
10/21 : stop mama milk
11/8 : re-start mama milk (每次10ml)
11/10 : 每次20ml
11/16 : 開始飲魚湯, 埋身餵多一次=2次, 泵三四次 (每次30ml)
11/18 : 開始多奶茶
11/19 : 早上有80ml
11/25 : 病咗食藥, 跌返一日120ml
11/29 : 開始通草奶
12/01 : 早上180ml, 其餘時間100ml左右,
12/02 : 買埋電雙泵
12/08 : 每日四次(其中一次埋身), 每次約150-180ml

我阿女同你個仔一樣喎, 最近又係冇以前咁肯食奶樽呀, 用條脷頂返出黎, 我就"隊"佢食&用指甲"how"個樽, "dark dark"聲, 佢就食返囉, 你又試吓!
