At first, I normally left it to the EE who takes care of my daughter/my husband to feed her lor......but then when she refused to use bottle (she can cried non-stop for ~ an hour), I will feed her with the bottle and let her feel that I will also use bottle (in addition to 埋身). She then gradually adjusted to using bottle lor (and also being fed by sb else, non-mama)......it took >1mth gar......
Actually, both of my friend's daughters also refused to use Avent bottles. One of them (~1.5mth old) has switched to using NUK bottles. I heard that she can now use Avent bottles lor wor......sometimes BBs are difficult to predict.....maybe your daughter doesn't like Avent ?! The other friend's daughter (now ~1 yr old) doesn't like those translucent teats.....she wanted those yellow smelly teats......hahahaha.
BTW, my daughter is 有點濫, she can use whatever teats/bottles......I somehow has switched to Pigeon bottles (as she always spit out some milk when using Avent's teat at the first 3 mths) later and she still used it w/o any problem at all !!! I now have switched back to Avent as I found that it is easier to clean.
